Please note: Schedule subject to change.
Ever found yourself at the end of a class with a burning question – or a series of them! – that either didn’t get answered or you didn’t even think to ask? Well, now’s your chance. Just like you might go to see a professor after class to up your game, we’re introducing Office Hours at BOSS 2017.
Select instructors will have extra time either before or after their classes to talk about whatever YOU want. Topics can be prepared or spontaneous, and the dynamic of the conversation depends on who else is there with questions or comments. Maybe you just had an idea planted in the class an hour before, or you’re itching to talk about something you saw in the Scholastic Competition; this is the time to get those thoughts out and really make the most of your BOSS experience. Whether it’s one-on-one or small group discussions, our instructors will be there to hear from you and drop some knowledge.
Office Hours slots are 30 minutes long, and run concurrently with other workshops, so check the schedule [which is always subject to change] to make sure you don’t miss that class you’ve been dying to attend!
What is a masterclass? It’s a private (or sometimes public) session with one of our clinicians to workshop your arrangements, choreography, a few songs, your competition set… whatever you need! Simply indicate your interest (as part of the registration questions) when purchasing your group’s All Access Passes.
AcaBombs are off mic, ‘impromptu’, informal performance opportunities in between classes. AcaBombs are assigned on first-come, first-served basis. Simply indicate your interest (as part of the registration questions) when purchasing your group’s All Access Passes.
