Refund Policy: Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theaters, prohibit us from issuing refunds after a ticket has been purchased. Regretfully, if you elect to make changes to your plans, tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless the event has been cancelled or postponed.

CASA Membership Discount

Active CASA Members receive a $10 discount on All Access Passes (does not apply to concert or VIP tickets). To purchase your All Access Pass at the discounted rate, you will need to visit the CASA website for instructions.
